All items are printed per order. Please allow 2-3 weeks for delivery of any shipped products. Prints are inspected by the photographer prior to shipping to be in full fine art quality. Prints are made on Velvet photographic paper by a professional printer in San Juan and signed before shipping. Other print mediums are available upon special request. Refunds are not available for damage incurred after receipt of the product. If you believe the print arrived damaged please send a short message with a photograph of the shipping materials and we will respond within 5 business days. Items damaged in the process of shipping are eligible for replacement if the damage meets the eligibility requirements.
